The surrounding area is full of surprises for the young and the old. There are rock pools full of colourful fish, deep sea turtles seeking sand to bury their eggs, lobster fishermen and sandy stretches of beach for long walks. The area is ideal for surfing, snorkelling and other water sports. Easy access to boats that will take you on whale watching or deep sea fishing expeditions. You can also explore the surrounding village and the Buddhist temples or simply meet some of the friendly folk always ready to offer a friendly smile.
The Villas are located in Mirissa where the deep blue waters of the Indian ocean lap at the edge of the property and the famous stilt fisherman will offer the catch of the day.

ARCHITECTURE
The Villas were designed by the leading Sri Lankan architect C Anjalendran, a protege of the famous Geoffrey Bawa.
There are five double rooms with spacious attached bathrooms. They all offer spectacular views of the sea. The antique furniture and the painting adds a touch of opulence of a by gone era to the Villa and the open varandahs.
